The Wichita Art Museum and the Tallgrass Film Association are teaming up again this year for a free night of music, film and fun.
This free event will be held outside in the museum’s outdoor amphitheater.
Tunes + Tallgrass on the Art Garden Lawn is happening on Friday, July 15. “Doors” open at 6:30 p.m. and live music by Sass Monkey begins around 7:00pm.
Dig into your costume bin to participate in a costume contest for adults, kids and dogs. The contest will begin at 8:30 p.m.
The 1939 family classic The Wizard of Oz will being at 9:00 p.m.
Bring your lawn chairs and blankets for seating and some cash for the food trucks and cash bar. Admission to Tunes + Tallgrass on the Terrace is FREE.
