Saturday’s going to be a fun day in Wichita. 🙂 First there’s the Wichita Flea Market (featuring huuuge bargains from the AWESOME TOY SALE!!! and many other vendors) all day at Century II. In the afternoon, two WSU grads are opening their new fresh corn tortilla business, Pinole Blue, with FREE TACOS.
Like I said, fun. And tasty.
The free tacos will be made by Los Compadres Mexican Grill. At the grand opening event, Pinole Blue will also have other products made out of blue corn for sampling and for sale, like tamales, cookies, protein balls, Atole, and pinole.
The Pinole Blue grand opening will also feature free coffee samples from Cafe Indigo, a local coffee roaster in town that focuses on direct trade with coffee farmers.
Entertainment will be provided by traditional Mexican folk dancers, music, and more!
