Learn how to choose and prepare foods that will help in the prevention and control of diabetes in this free class from the Sedgwick County Extension. The Right Bite Cooking School will include weekly sessions on Tuesday mornings in September and October. Each hour-and-a-half session will feature healthy recipes that you’ll get to taste.
The sessions will be held in the Sedgwick County Extension teaching kitchen from 10 – 11:30 a.m. beginning Tuesday, September 10, 2013. The cooking school is free but space is limited and registration is required.
