Sharing is caring!
It’s time to take advantage of this beautiful fall weather, get in shape, and get to know our city a little better. You’ll get free or reduced admission to Wichita attractions when you participate in Walktober.
Sponsored by the Health and Wellness Coalition, Walktober is a month-long walking program in October designed to encourage walking on a daily basis and inspire people to make walking a part of their healthy lifestyles.
Participants challenge themselves to walk five days a week, working up to 150 minutes per week. You can register and log your minutes each week to be eligible to win prizes.
Keep your walking interesting by going to several local Wichita attractions and walking trails. Download and bring your challenge card with you on the designated days to receive free or reduced admission.
