Enjoy a fun, FREE, and socially distanced activity in downtown Wichita at the newly-renovated Naftzger Park with Park and Recreation’s Movies in the Park events this fall.
So far, two Movies in Naftzger Park are planned (see dates below). They’ll have social-distancing squares set up for families, and they ask that masks are worn when moving through the park. (You don’t have to wear the mask in your family square.)
Grab your blankets and lawn chairs for seating and bring snacks and non-alcoholic beverages for a fun and safe movie experience. (Just don’t overdo it on the beverages! No restrooms are available onsite.)
Two Movies in the Park events are planned:
- Saturday, September 19 at 7:30 p.m. Jurassic Park
- Friday, October 23 at 7:30 p.m. Hocus Pocus
