This just in: Carlos O’Kellys restaurants in Wichita and Hutchinson are offering FREE kids meals for Halloween. They also have $3 kids fajitas, which is half the regular price of kids fajitas. (That’s the only kids’ meal that isn’t free.) The offer is good for kids ages 12 and younger from Friday, October 27 through Tuesday, October 31, 2017.
Wichita has three Carlos O’Kelly’s locations that are participating. (The east mall location is closed for now because they’re going to have a big new Carlos O’Kelly’s on the east side.) The Hutchinson and Salina locations is also participating! Actually all of their locations are participating, but here is the info for the ones in Wichita:
