In conjunction with the photography exhibit, Crossroads: The Art of Gordon Parks, WSU’s Ulrich Museum of Art and the Tallgrass Film Festival is hosting a free film series called “Black Films That Challenge/Black Films That Matter.”
The series kicks off Thursday, February 11, 6 – 8:30 p.m. There will be an introduction before the film and a post-screening question and answer time. Museum galleries will be open from 5 to 6 p.m.
The films will be shown 3 Thursday nights in February:
Feb 11 The Spook Who Sat by the Door
Feb 18 The Confederate States of America
Feb. 25 Nothing But a Man
