g2g Outside is a local organization that holds free family activities in Wichita throughout the year to encourage play outside. Here’s one of the upcoming activities. There’s no need to register in advance, and the event is free:
Hike the nature trail and stop at the g2g activity stations along the way to learn, explore and play your way through the park. Watch out for wild turkeys and deer on your hike.
The family nature hike is Tuesday, June 19, 2012 from 6 – 7 p.m. at Swanson Park, 1011 N. Maize Road.
