Sharing is caring!
I recently received a free review copy of Alea Milham’s Prep Ahead Breakfasts and Lunches (because those are my most challenging meals, guys!) and I just discovered that if you pre-order the cookbook before May 14, you can get FREE enrollment in Alea’s online Meal Prep Cooking Class.

The recipes look fantastic – and way better than anything I usually make for lunch or breakfast – so I’m dying to try them out. But first I have to go grocery shopping… My lunch yesterday was a handful of peanuts and raisins! Not even kidding. That’s how much I need this book. 🙂
But since this deal is over May 14, I wanted to share it with you now. And then by the time school starts back up next summer I’m hoping I’ll be one of those awesomely prepared moms with lunches packed in advance for everyone in the household – including myself.
So if you’re interested in Alea’s prep-ahead cooking class, check out this link where she explains it all and lets you know where you can get the book.
I like restaurant deals as much as the next person, but eating at home is almost always less expensive. Also gives you the opportunity to use your cool kitchen appliances.
Oh, which reminds me. In her cookbook, she has instructions for using the stove, pressure cooker, slow cooker, microwave, etc. I have an Instant Pot, so I was excited to see recipes I can use in that.
