The Dillons at the corner of Central and Rock will host a free educational seminar and cooking demonstration on Thursday evening. The focus will be on diabetes nutrition. Via Christi Dietitian Sheryll Clarke will be the guest speaker and Dillons Marketplace Executive Chef Cameron Bruce will provide the cooking demonstration. (And there will be free food samples. 😀 )
The event is free and open to the public.

- Diabetes nutrition education and proper ways to read nutrition labels
- Diabetes cooking and helpful hints to manage the disease
- Meal preparation of diabetes-friendly ADA recipe by Executive Chef Cameron
- Food sampling: Boar’s Head® pasta Waldorf salad with rotisserie seasoned chicken compliments of Dillons
