This weekend, March 1-3, 2013, the Wichita Dog Training Club will host agility trials at the Kansas Coliseum. This event is free to spectators and open to the public.
The event opens at 8 a.m. on Friday and 7 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday, and will be open until 7 p.m. each day.
What you should know: This will probably be a real kid-pleaser, but please make sure the little ones are supervised and let them know never to pet a dog without permission from the owner first. (This goes for grownups too.) Concessions may be available, but it’s not a sure thing. If you’re planning to take photographs, keep the flash off while dogs are running the course. We don’t want to distract them.
Please don’t bring pets.
