The Wichita YMCA will host a Family Camp Out June 23, at 7 p.m. through 4 p.m. Saturday, June 24, 2017. Looks like fun, and pretty affordable considering all of the activities included. Here’s their description of the event:
Bring your tent and sleeping bags or sleep under the stars for this exciting family getaway. Begins Friday night (dinner not provided) with canoes, water slide, pool, and smores. Saturday morning begins with breakfast (provided) followed by family facepainting, scavenger hunt, canoes, fishing, 50 ft climbing tower, laser tag, horses, Wet Willie Slides and pool. Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy a great weekend at camp.
The cost is $50 per family for YMCA members or $70 per family for community participants (i.e. non-members).
