Music Theater of Wichita is offering an extra special (and very rare) discount! This is huge.
MT Wichita will be putting on extra performances of Disney’s Newsies, August 18 to 20. You can get an extra $10 off tickets to those performances!
The regular performances are scheduled for Aug. 11-20, and this discount does not apply to them. Here’s a description of the show, along with a fun video about it:
Music Theatre Wichita becomes one of the first regional theatres in the nation to create its own brand-new version of the megahit show Newsies, featuring spectacular dances, catchy songs, and the compelling true story of resilient newsboys at the turn of the 20th century.
Newsies is rated G and is two-and-a-half hours long. Children must be at least five years old to attend any MTWichita production. But there are some matinee performances that will be perfect for the older kiddos.
Here’s the schedule for these extra performances:
- Friday, August 18 at 8 p.m.
- Saturday, August 19 at 2 p.m.
- Saturday, August 19 at 8 p.m.
- Sunday, August 20 at 2 p.m.
The $10 ticket discount won’t apply to previously purchased tickets, of course, nor is it valid on other shows. The special deal is good for online purchases only, while supplies last, for the August 18-20, 2017 performances of Newsies only.
