Visit the Indian Center in Wichita on Saturday, October 15 from 11 a.m. to noon for a free dance class and workout. “Dawn of the Dance” is being put on by Wichita Park & Recreation and Genesis Health Clubs. It will be an hour of great exercise, with a fusion of Zumba and Group Groove dancing led by certified instructors.

You can even groove in your Halloween costume! This is a FREE activity for everyone ages 11 and up. For more information, call (316) 268-4259.
