Sharing is caring!
It’s like Oktoberfest, but for people who care about the native habitat of crocodiles.* The Amphibian and Reptile department of the Sedgwick County Zoo is putting on a night of live music, delicious food, drinks and a silent auction this October to raise money for Crocodilian conservation!
The event will be held at the Sedgwick County Zoo in Wichita. The $5 cover and a percentage of food sales will be donated to conservation efforts for Chinese alligators (Alligator sinensis), which are endangered. (Children 2 and under are free.)
Join them and invite your friends and family to support the cause.
Date: Thursday, October 3, 2019
Time: 6-8:30 p.m.
Location: Sedgwick County Zoo, 5555 W. Zoo Blvd.
Cost: $5
For more information, visit the event website.
*Not to be confused with people who wear Crocs, although you’re welcome too, I’m sure!
