The annual Mayor’s Christmas Tree Lighting and festivities in Goddard will be held this Saturday!
In conjunction with the Christmas Tree Lighting, the city of Goddard will be unveiling their new public library renovations. These events will take place on Saturday, December 7 from 5-8 p.m.
There will be a a variety of activities including free coffee from Sunflower Espresso Wichita and cookies from the Goddard Woman’s Club – GFWC at the Goddard Public Library. Below is a detailed itinerary of the festivities!
City of Goddard Christmas Tree Lighting & Public Library Open House
5 p.m. at the Goddard Public Library:
(201 N Main St, Goddard, KS) They will unveil the new Children’s Room. There will also be free cookies and coffee, as well as a holiday craft. Bob Sandifer, author of The Blue Santa will be on location to sign books.
6 p.m at Linear Park:
The official Christmas Tree and Pavilion lighting will take place in Linear Park.
6:30 p.m. at the Library:
Pictures with Santa!
