Westwood Presbyterian Church will host the River City Pipers & Drummers this month for the 2022 Burns Concert.
The concert celebrates the life & works of Scotland’s National Bard Robert Burns in music, poetry, and song. The band will be joined by Jacob Shepherd playing Scottish fiddle tunes, and Samantha Jonker will sing classic Burns songs accompanied by flautist Danna Hotmar.
Admission to this family-friendly event is free, although donations will be gladly accepted. Guests are encouraged to take all sensible health and safety precautions.
This evening of Scottish tradition will be January 27, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. Westwood Presbyterian is located at 8007 W. Maple St. in Wichita.
