Blues and Brews CapFed Amphitheater Andover summer concert

The Blues & Brews Festival is happening on July 20th, and there’s a great lineup!

Dustin Arbuckle will kick off the festival. Remember Moreland and Arbuckle? Yeah! He’s the vocalist and harmonica player from that duo. He’s new group is Dustin Arbuckle and the Damnations and they’ll be performing a wide range of music, including the popular hits, “Say My Name” and “Get Away.”

The Kansas roots continue with the Terry Quiett Band. This electric blues/rock group wins over crowds of all ages with their energetic and soulful, rootsy, bluesy songs that ring like the old R&B/soul, but with a very contemporary twist. Two of their top songs are “Long Saturday Night” and “Pound of Flesh.”

Grammy-nominated Tab Benoit, the Cajun blues man and Louisiana native, will take us to the bayou. We’ll get to see firsthand why he’s a three-time winner of Entertainer of the Year and a five-time winner of the “Contemporary Male” Blues Music award. Some of his top songs are “Darkness,” “Shelter Me,” and “Midnight and Lonesome.”

Then #1 Billboard Blues chart sensation Walter Trout will cap off the perfect evening of blues. With hits like “We’re All In This Together” (Blues Rock Album of the Year) and “Gonna Live Again” (Blues Music Award Song of the Year), Trout’s had a long and illustrious career. He’s recently recorded a cover album, “Survivor’s Blues”, which features such obscure songs you may not know they are covers!
