Mark Arts in Wichita is hosting its annual Art Market & Open House. This event is FREE to attend and will feature local and regional artists, designers, and makers selling one-of-a-kind works. Vendors will be selling photographic prints, jewelry, ceramics, pottery, paintings, fiber items, abstract art, and more.
Having participated in this event for the past few years, I can attest that it provides an excellent opportunity to acquire unique artwork without breaking the bank. Each vendor sets their own prices, and I’ve seen some fantastic deals during the show. It’s rewarding to own original exclusive pieces that support local artists.
The Art Market is on February 28, 2026, and will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mark Arts is at 1307 N. Rock Road, near 13th and Rock in east Wichita.

After shopping, tour the School of Creativity and take in live demonstrations by Mark Arts instructors and students in eight state-of-the-art studios. Class sign-ups will be available, as well as a chance to win a complimentary seven-week adult class, a seven-week youth class, or a free youth party for 10.
