Live the Good Life for Less & Never Miss a Deal

Movie Nights at the Pop-Up Park

This is an older post. See Summer Movies in Wichita for the latest information.

Movie Nights at the Pop-Up Park ICTHurray! More free Summer Movies in Wichita! Downtown Wichita will be hosting free movie nights at the ICT Pop-Up Park on Douglas Ave. downtown.

These are all family-friendly, so bring the kids and bring your lawn chairs along with a little cash if you want snacks from local food trucks.

The movies will be shown once per month from June through October. The schedule is below.

If you’ve never been to the Pop-Up Park, it’s located on the south side of Douglas Avenue between Main Street and Market.

Parking is available in a few different areas:

  • metered parking along Douglas, Market, and William. William is directly behind the park
  • metered parking in the Century II lot, which is a short walk from the park
  • free parking in the old Gander Mountain parking garage and possibly in the WaterWalk lot as well. This is a bit longer walk but not too bad at all. WaterWalk also has a free parking garage but it always seems to be full

There may be other good parking spots I don’t know of. If you know, please share in the comments!
