Play on a Plane is the Kansas Aviation Museum’s once-a-year family event when they open up several planes on the ramp and let you look inside, or even walk inside them!
This is an all-ages event Saturday, May 21. Admission is just $3 per person (all ages) OR just $8 per carload!
Some of the planes you will get to walk through include:
- KC-135
- Boeing 727 (FedEx)
- Boeing 737
- Beech Starship
Play on a Plane is a family-friendly event with children’s crafts and activities, vendors, and a lunch concessions stand.
All of the outdoor activities are weather dependent and subject to change.
If Museum docents are there be sure to talk to them. They will be able to answer any questions you may have. (You can learn SO MUCH from the docents. And sometimes they have great stories to tell! It makes the whole experience more fun and educational.)
And don’t forget there’s a special price for this event! Admission is only $8 a carload OR $3 per person (whichever is cheaper).
Be sure to join them for a full day of fun and activities. It will be a great way to spend the Saturday.
