Grab your designated driver and the rest of your friends and head downtown Friday night to watch the Royals in the World Series. INTRUST Bank Arena just announced that they’ll be hosting a FREE KC Royals World Series watch party in support of the Kansas City Royals on Friday, October 24, 2014. That will be Game 3 of the World Series, the first away game of the series for the Royals. Doors will open at 6 p.m. for the 7 p.m. game.
The event is FREE and open to the public.
The Fox game telecast will be shown on the Arena’s center-hung LED hi-res videoboard for fans in attendance. If you don’t want to watch from the arena, choose any of the arena’s bars – the Guitar Bar, Cox Lounge, and Budweiser BrewPub will be open and televisions in these areas will also be airing the game. Parking will be free and available in the INTRUST Bank Arena parking lots and surrounding city-owned lots. Food and beverage will be available for purchase at select concession stands including the Budweiser BrewPub and Railway BBQ. Beer and liquor will also be available at the Guitar Bar, Cox Lounge and Budweiser BrewPub. No outside food or drinks should be brought in.
