Rhythm and Blues for Christmas isn’t on for 2017. Below is information about the event from last year.
Enjoy blues, art, prizes, BBQ, and a full bar at the 21st annual Rhythm and Blues for Christmas – a fundraiser for Carpenter Place Children’s Home. The event will be held at Mosley Street Melodrama, 234 N. Mosley, this Sunday evening from 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
The bands performing at the event are Bad Mother Hubbard and The Macy Brothers! The cover is only $8 at the door, and all proceeds go to help provide the kids at Carpenter’s Place with a Christmas. No reservations are necessary, but you’ll want to get there early to get in and purchase food and drinks before the show starts at 5:45 p.m.
You’ll also have an opportunity to bid in the art auction and win prizes that include fine Wichita dining, massages, parachute jumps (!) and more.
