Blood pressure, body fat, BMI, waist-to-hip, and blood work screenings are available free to both YMCA members and to the community on Wellness Day, which is the 2nd Tuesday of every month at all Wichita YMCA branches. This month it is January 12.
Times are from 9 – 11 a.m. and again from 5 – 7 p.m.
