Show up at the Dillons Marketplace in Derby or Hutchinson on September 19 to meet the Food Network host of Cooking for Real and Home Made in America with Sunny Anderson. Sunny will be there to meet fans and sign copies of her cookbook, Sunny’s Kitchen: Easy Food for Real Life. During the event, autographed copies of the cookbook will be available for $13.50 (a deal!) with your Dillons Plus Card.
Sunny also appears regularly on Rachael Ray and The Today Show, and is often in Food Network Magazine, Essence, and People magazines.
She’ll be at the Dillons Marketplace in Derby from 7-8:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 19, or you can see her earlier in the day in Hutchinson from 4-5:30 p.m.

Drawing from her military brat upbringing, her years as a reporter in the Air Force, and the New York City DJ position that eventually led her to Emeril Lagasse and the Food Network, Sunny paints a picture of true comfort food with the recipes and vibrant stories featured in her new cookbook.
Sunny cooks real food for real life, often drawing on store-bought shortcuts and always relying on affordable, easy-to-find ingredients. Sample recipes featured in Sunny’s Kitchen include:
