The Derby Recreation Commission is holding a free disc golf clinic Saturday, March 24 at the Derby disc golf course.
Wichita on the Cheap reader Crystal E. told us about it on Facebook. She says her husband is teaching the clinic.
While the clinic is free, registration is required. I talked to Travis from the Derby Recreation Commission and he told me that you can go in to either the Derby Rec Center or Oaklawn Rec Center today until 9:30 p.m. or tomorrow (Friday) until 7 p.m.
You won’t need to bring your own disc to the course. Just register and then show up on Saturday to learn about the sport!
