Enlist the help of nationally certified trainers to reach your summer fitness goals. Join the YMCA’s Summer Slim Down Boot Camp and declare victory over your barriers to wellness. Ideal for those new to fitness. Available at all YMCA locations. If you choose, you may showcase your new skills and renewed energy in an end-of-summer field day competition pitting YMCA locations against one another.
June 4 – August 24

- Meets 3x per week · M/W/F 5:30-6:30am
