The Tallgrass Filmmakers Lab and Creative Rush have teamed up for a speedy film-making competition in Wichita. Competitors in teams of 1 to 15 people will have 24 hours to make a short film that incorporates four surprise elements. The race ends Saturday, and on Sunday the top 10 will be judged and critiqued live at a Showcase Screening at the Orpheum Theater. The Showcase Screening and live judging on Sunday is open to the public and tickets are just $3. Films start at 7 p.m.
