The Mid-America All-Indian Center’s 3rd Annual American Indian Festival will be held July 13 and 14, 2013 at the Century II Expo Hall downtown.
The Indian Festival opens at 10 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m., and on Sunday at 1 p.m., catch the Powwow Grand Entry. The festival will include educational displays, an Indian fine art market, food and craft vendors, and hands-on children’s activities. See the full schedule of events at the MAAIC website here.
Admission for adults is $5, or $8 for a two-day pass. Elders (55+) and active duty military receive a reduced admission price of $4. Youth ages 6 through 16 pay $3; kids 5 and under get in free.
