Tanganyika Wildlife Park – Pumpkins at the Park

| 10/28/2010 | 1 Comment

Friday, October 29, and Saturday, October 30, 2010, Tanganyika Wildlife Park will host Pumpkins in the Park, featuring fun and games, wildlife and candy.

A pumpkin trail with over 600 lighted pumpkins and 15 candy stations will stretch throughout the park. There will be spooky-fun inflatables, a mad scientist lab, FREE horse and “haunted” hayrack rides, and more activities. Winners of the Pumpkin Painting Contest will receive a limited edition Indian Rhino painting.

The Chamber of Adventure is an indoor area where you can warm up, watch a movie, get some special Halloween treats, and meet “Creepy Crawler Animal Ambassadors.”

Admission is only $4 for kids 3-12 years and $8 for adults. (That’s a significant discount on regular admission prices.) Admission for members is free.

Tanganyika is also looking for volunteers for the event. If you’re age 14 or older, contact Erinn Stiles at 794-8954 x 102 or by email at volunteer@twpark.com. You just may score some free passes.
