Included with admission on Saturday October 19, Exploration Place will hold a new family-friendly “Spooky Science” event.
Kids can wear their costumes and enjoy Halloween-themed science experiments, along with all the regular exhibits.
Spooky Science will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. that day. You can visit their website for more details about the event, but last year’s activities included:
– See explosive candy chemistry.
– Build a haunted house in KEVA.
– Encounter sheep brains and eyeballs dissections.
– Crawl through a spider web obstacle course.
– Create a creepy creature to take home.
– Find out about owls from the Eagle Valley Raptor Center.
– Dare to enter the traveling exhibit, Eww! What’s Eating You?
