The Wichita-Sedgwick County Historical Museum is celebrating its 75th anniversary, and you’re invited to a special (and free) open house!
Enjoy the holiday spirit at the museum with free admission to all four floors and two dozen exhibits featuring:
- Special temporary exhibits: “The Future of Your History” celebrating 75 years of the Historical Museum, the “Victorian Cottage at Christmas”, “The Walter Beech Air Race Trophies”, and the “Wichita’s Mystery Ship.”
- The Sunflower Woodworkers Guild “Holiday Toy Festival” featuring toys created by members of the Guild and decorated by Kansas Artists. Many on display will be auctioned at 3pm for the benefit of the Museum.
- Museum Gift Shop stocked with Holiday Decorations & Gifts
