HOW TO ENTER: Each giveaway post will describe the prize and state the entry period for that day’s giveaway. You must be eligible to qualify. You can enter a giveaway during the stated period of entry by visiting https://wichitaonthecheap.com/, finding the applicable post during a current giveaway, and following instructions for entry given in that post during the stated entry period. (Many times entries will be in the form of leaving comments on the post. To post a comment, you must supply an email address. You should be sure that the email address is valid, because it will be used to contact you if you win.) Limit one entry per person during the entry period, unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries submitted by a single person are void unless multiple entries are offered in a giveaway.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Eligible entrants must enter via the online method as described. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Neither the owner of Wichita on the Cheap, nor any of the companies mentioned in the giveaway, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, or any telephone network or service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible, unreadable, or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. No copies, facsimiles or reproductions of official entry forms will be accepted.
PRIZE: A winner or winners will receive the prize as described in the post mentioned above. Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received. Any taxes on prizes won will be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted.
DRAWING: Prize winners will be determined in a random drawing from among all eligible online entries received during the entry period. Winner will be selected in random drawing from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail after the entry deadline. Winners must reply to notification within 48 hours of the date of notification to allow time to receive the prize; otherwise, a new winner will be drawn. The reply must include the winner’s name and email address or U.S. Postal address so that the prize may be delivered, if applicable. Failure to reply as specified, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if entrant is unwilling to supply a valid email or U.S. Postal address, will result in the entry being disqualified. The sponsor[s] of this giveaway are not responsible for prizes lost, damaged, or delayed in the mail or email. Wichita on the Cheap is not responsible for any prize offered by a sponsor that is not received.
WINNERS: By entry into this giveaway, winners consent to the use of their names, identities, and/or photographs for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Limit one prize per person. If, in the judges’ opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the giveaway/drawing, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the drawing, the owner of Wichita on the Cheap reserves the right to terminate the giveaway and find an alternate method to award the prize. Should the giveaway be terminated prior to the end of the stated entry period, notice will be posted at https://www.wichitaonthecheap.com. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this giveaway is unlawful and subject to legal action by the sponsor or its agents. Prize winners will be announced at https://www.wichitaonthecheap.com.
ELIGIBILITY: United States law governs this giveaway. This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at time of entry, who have Internet access during the entry period. Not eligible to enter are employees and their immediate families, including household members, nor its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies. This giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws of the United States. Void where prohibited. Winners agree that the sponsor, its affiliates and their agencies and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this promotion or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner.
