Free Family Fun Day at Ulrich Museum of Art

Canceled due to public health concerns: The March 14 Family Fun Day event and two other public events at the Ulrich Museum have been canceled. The announcement said, however, that the Ulrich Museum will maintain regular operating hours for the foreseeable future. (So the museum itself is still open.)

Bring the whole family to Ulrich Museum on the Wichita State University campus for an afternoon of family fun on Saturday, March 14, 2020.

This would be a fun way to kick off spring break week in Wichita

From 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. you can explore the Ulrich gallery together, play games, and participate in hands-on art-making activities inspired by the artists, ideas, and materials featured in the Ulrich’s current exhibitions.

Kid-friendly snacks will be served on the skywalk.

The Ulrich Museum is in the southwest corner of the Wichita State University campus (17th and Hillside).

Family Fun Day at the Ulrich Museum is FREE and open to the public.

Date: Saturday, March 14, 2020
Time: 1-3 p.m.
Location: Ulrich Museum of Art, 1845 Fairmount St. in Wichita
Cost: FREE

While you’re there, you might want to use the Ulrich Museum’s mobile app (for both iOS and Android) to take a self-guided tour of the exhibitions. The app incorporates multi-media elements and interactive maps that will enhance your visit!

For more information or to find out about any schedule changes or cancellations, visit the Ulrich Museum website and click on the Events link.
