Win Big $$ Basketball Trivia Challenge
I’m late to the game on this one, but there’s still time to score prizes in the Wichita Eagle‘s Trivia Basketball Challenge. Every day until April 11, the Eagle will print a trivia question and your correct answer enters you into a weekly drawing for $250 cash and a big, as in whopping big, Grand Prize of $5000.
There’s a lot more information you’ll want to know about the trivia challenge, so be sure to check out the website linked above.
Extra bonus: the Eagle has souvenir basketball posters in March.

Congratulations to Melissa Smith!
She won 2 tickets to see Bon Jovi in concert from Wichita on the Cheap and INTRUST Bank Arena. Way to go, Melissa!
Thanks to everyone who participated in the trivia contest. You all must be Bon Jovi experts, because everyone answered correctly. The winning entry was chosen at random as I explained in the previous post.
To make it up to everyone who didn’t win the tickets, how about Wichita on the Cheap keeps telling you about awesome deals day after day? Then maybe you can use all that money you’re saving to buy tickets to see Bon Jovi at the INTRUST Bank Arena. (As long as it’s not a school night for you.)
But you know, if you’re in the contest-entering mode, there are recent posts about opportunities to win free airline tickets from FlyWichita, free concert tickets from The Cotillion, free tickets to a Kansas Acoustic Arts concert, and a $100 gift certificate from The Waterfront.
