Are you looking for a great preschool in Wichita? Families with prospective students age two through first grade are invited to visit the Wichita Friends School for an open house and Preschool Pony Ride Roundup on Sunday afternoon, April 10, 2016. This will be a great opportunity to meet the teachers, tour the school with current parents and students, see the newly expanded facilities, and experience free pony rides and petting zoo with C Arrow Stables. Hotdogs and KONA ICE will also be available.
An RSVP is requested. To sign up for the April 10 open house, please complete the online form here.
And if you can’t make it to the open house, they would still love to have you come take a look! Call Brian Clyne, Head of School, at (316) 729-0303 and schedule a visit.
Wichita Friends School is an AdvancEd accredited, private Quaker school located in west Wichita that serves students age three through third grade, and embraces diversity, including all faiths and belief systems. Students consistently score above national averages and leave the school well-equipped to succeed in their next level of education.
The rich history of Quaker education provides a nurturing atmosphere wherein children learn the values of simplicity, peace, integrity, community, equality, and stewardship. An emphasis on these values, along with small class sizes and individualized education make Wichita Friends School unique, and a great place to start a love for life-long learning. The preschool program uses a play-based curriculum to teach early learning concepts for three- and four-year-olds. Preschool students can attend full time or part time, and before and after school care is available.
