Wichita Friends School is an AdvancEd accredited, private Quaker school located in west Wichita that serves students age three through third grade, and embraces diversity, including all faiths and belief systems. Students consistently score above national averages and leave the school well-equipped to succeed in their next level of education.
The rich history of Quaker education provides a nurturing atmosphere wherein children learn the values of simplicity, peace, integrity, community, equality, and stewardship. An emphasis on these values, along with small class sizes and individualized education make Wichita Friends School unique, and a great place to start a love for life-long learning. The preschool program uses a play-based curriculum to teach early learning concepts for three- and four-year-olds. Preschool students can attend full time or part time, and before and after school care is available.
