O.J. Watson Park is a favorite for many, many families in Wichita because it has pony rides, a little train, games, and other activities available for just a few dollars each. It’s a kids’ paradise, but adults can have fun too powering pedal boats, playing mini-golf, fishing on the lake, or enjoying the campfire circle.

Admission to the park is free. Some of the activities available at OJ Watson Park do charge a small fee.
Activities are inexpensive. As of this writing, tickets for most activities are around $3 each, and coupon books can be purchased that help you save even more. Kayak rental is $15 per person for one hour.
The park is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily during the spring, summer, and fall (around March through October).
Rides operate from 5-8 p.m. M-F and from noon-8 p.m. Saturday-Sunday through May 24. From May 25 through August 18, rides operate from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
During the winter, the rides are closed but the park is still open from 8 a.m. to dusk daily.
