Warm up from the cold with $5 hot yoga classes every Friday morning.
Hot Asana Yoga Studio is offering a $5 All Levels Hot Yoga Class at their west location every Friday!
The room temp will be set to 99 degrees and class starts at 6 a.m. Availability is on a first come, first serve basis so they recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes early to secure your spot.
If you don’t have a yoga mat or one designed for hot yoga practice, you can rent a towel and mat for $4. You can also rent just a towel for $2 or just a mat for $2. Your mat and towel are free for your first visit. Hot Asana offers a variety of mats to try. They also sell the mats, so it is a great way to try them out before you buy one that fits your needs.
In addition, you can bring your own water bottle or use the free water bottles provided at each class. Water is provided because it is important to stay hydrated, especially during hot yoga.
Hot Asana’s west studio is located at 7348 W 21st St. Suite 112. It is on the northwest corner of the street in the strip mall behind the new tire center.
