Botanica will be celebrating Arbor Day on April 29, 2016 from 10 a.m. until noon, and admission is free. During the celebration, organizers will show tree planting techniques, share tree maintenance activities involving heavy forestry equipment, demonstrate tree climbing skills, and offer other educational activities. Students will also help plant a Willow Oak on Botanica grounds.
