This offer is so popular it might be kind of crashing the app. Here’s the deal: Sign in to or sign up on the Chick fil A app between January 13 and January 31, 2020 to get a FREE 8-pc chicken nuggets.
(Those who want a vegetarian option can choose a kale side salad instead of the FREE 8-ct nuggets.)
But some folks have had a little difficulty getting the offer. I tried it today, and it worked for me, but I had to do a few things:
First, you download the app from either the Apple App Store or Android Play Store, then sign in or sign up for the Chick fil A One rewards club. You’ll need to confirm your email address if you’re signing up for the first time.
Then, navigate in the app to the Account section and sign in to the app.
What should happen is that you will see the FREE 8-count nuggets offer in the Rewards section of the app. If you don’t see it right away, try again later. Others have reported not seeing the offer right away, but did receive it when they checked again later. (Also, just double-check that you have actually signed in to the app. I think that was the problem I had initially.)
