Local yoga instructor Kariann Graham believes every body is different every day, and she tailors her yoga classes accordingly. She encourages, challenges, and promotes body awareness through postures and alignment based classes. She also has some of the most affordable yoga classes in town! Your first yoga class is FREE. Subsequent classes are only $8 or just $5 for teachers, college and grade school students, Andover city employees, and military. Senior classes are just $2. Yoga mats and other equipment is provided. Andover Central Park Lodge is holding one hour yoga classes Tuesdays and Thursdays. All classes are modified to fit the needs of the students. Come enjoy an invigorating class with beautiful scenery at the lodge in Central Park this week. Yoga mats, blocks, and straps are provided.

Senior Yoga is specially formulated for the aging body. When getting up and down on the floor becomes difficult, keeping up with an active lifestyle can be a challenge. Using a chair as an extension of your body will help maintain balance while effectively stretching muscles relieving stiffness and creating a mind-body connection. Also through this weekly yoga practice we work towards balancing with the security of the chair.
