Tanganyika Wildlife Park will host Pumpkins at the Park again this year! This spooky good time is for the entire family EVERY Saturday in October from 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
Older kids and teens may like the Cage Maze of Doom or participating in the Zombie Task Force (for an additional fee). Grownup drinks will be available at the Witches Brew.
Pumpkins at the Park is a fundraiser for Tanganyika’s Winter Fund that helps them raise money to help the animals in their care and provide food for the animals.
What a fun way to provide a donation for their conservation efforts. We’re really privileged to have something like this in the Wichita area and to actually be able to visit and interact with the animals.
You will need to prepurchase your tickets online for this event. Tanganyika Director Matt Fouts told me there’s so much to do, sometimes people have a hard time getting it all done in three hours, so you’ll want to get in as soon as possible.
Most of the events at Pumpkins at the Park are geared towered younger kids (12 & under). The entire Pumpkin Trail is full of activities. They have 2 scarier activities from the older and the brave! This includes a Cage Maze of Doom and the Zombie Task Forces tactical laser tag experience.
