Join instructor David Larsen from the Greater Wichita YMCA for aTuesday evening of Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese tradition that todayis practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series ofmovements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompaniedby deep breathing. Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chipromotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements.
NOTE: This class begins after the museum has closed and will be held on the east side of the building in the Art Garden, weather permitting.In case of inclement weather, class will not be held.
