Join instructor David Larsen from the Greater Wichita YMCA for a Tuesday evening of Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese tradition that today is practiced as a graceful form of exercise.
It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements.
NOTE: This class begins after the museum has closed and will be held on the east side of the building in the Art Garden, weather-permitting. In case of inclement weather, class will not be held.
