It’s happening! Old Cowtown Museum’s own theatrical troupe is presenting a melodrama at Cowtown’s Empire House Theater.
“A Sure Bet (or Marryin’ a Librarian)” by Patricia Middleton will play April 29th – May 1st.
Drama ensues when a town founder dies and, in his will, leaves his fortune to build a town library. Before the will can be read, a villian steals the will and tries to convince the townfolk to build a casino instead. You’ll have to show up to find out how a heroine tries to thwart this evil plan with the help of a Texas Ranger…but will the plot twist again? Is the Texas Ranger truly her friend?
Tickets are available through Old Cowtown Museum
