Chicken n Pickle has brought outdoor ice skating back to Wichita. Grab your skates (or rent them there) and take a few turns around the pond. Don’t forget to bundle up with a warm coat, thick socks, and gloves!

Adult Hockey for Free
- January 11th 7:00pm – 9:00 pm AND January 22nd, 2023
“In the first hour our coaches will teach a basic skating lesson and then skaters will learn some of the basics of hockey; stick-handling, passing, & shooting. In the second hour participants will have the opportunity for open pond/scrimmage time!
Please arrive 15-20 minutes ahead of the event start time to get fitted for skates. While we will provide skates, sticks, gloves, and some helmets, we strongly recommend bringing a bike helmet and/or bike knee & elbow pads if you own them.
As this is an outside event, please dress for the weather. We look forward to seeing you on the ice! ”

Mon- Fri 11:00 am — 10:00 pm
Sat 10:00 am – 10:00 pm
Sun 10:00 am – 9:00 pm
PUBLIC SKATE PRICING:
Skate Pass: $11
Skate Rental: $4
Children 3 and under: FREE
