These days, you don’t even have to wait until you get your book to start cashing in the discounts. After I purchased mine, I had immediate access to printable coupons for places like those listed above, along with nearly every museum in town, bowling, mini-golf, and arcades, and a lot of family restaurants.

There’s also a new digital version that’s on sale this week for $19.99. I can’t tell, though, whether it has all the same coupons as the print book, so I’m sticking with the book this time. (I do have the mobile app that let’s you know when you’re there’s an Entertainment coupon in the vicinity whenever you’re out and about. You’ll still need the actual paper coupon, but I usually keep my book in the car anyway.)

$12 is a GREAT deal for this book. I will use it this summer. If I only use it once for Buy One, Get One Free Admission to Exploration Place, I have paid for the book.

Note: Watch carefully when you’re signing up for this deal. The Entertainment Book folks will offer you an extra discount if you sign up for auto-renew, which means you’ll get next year’s book (along with a $30 or $35 charge) when it is released. If you don’t want to automatically renew, be careful to click “No thank you” to additional offer screens as you make your purchase today. You should be getting a $12 2011 Entertainment Book and free shipping, exactly as advertised. I just purchased one and didn’t have any problems. If you do, or if you just need to ask a question, check their help section or contact their customer service department. (Info is at their website.)

Wichita on the Cheap is supported by the use of affiliate links and advertising. If you find a deal here you love, please use my links (and then go tell your neighbor, your mom, your friend, or that nice person who let you cut in line at the grocery store when you only had one item). Thanks! :)
