One Green Fee and Cart for $21.50 at Wichita Public Golf Courses

This is an afternoon discount, valid only Monday through Thursday from 1-4 p.m., but according to the Facebook post, you can use it over again as many times as you like until the end of August. A free fountain drink comes with the deal. You will need to print the coupon and bring it with you to the course each time.

Free Golf Lessons in Wichita during the month of May from PGA prosIt’s time for free golf lessons again! May is golf month, when Play Golf America sponsors free 10-minute lessons with certified local golf pros across the country. Wichita has several PGA pros participating in the promotion.

In addition to the free golf lessons, the Play Golf America website lists Kansas golf courses that let kids play free or for discounted rates and a long list of local courses participating in the PGA Family Course program.

Play Golf America was founded by the PGA and other organizations to encourage new players to try the game of golf.

Go get ‘em! They sometimes sell out quickly, and I know some folks were hesitant to purchase when I first wrote about them when they were on sale at another deal site.   • Are these tickets restricted, like just being used for matinees? No, they aren’t restricted to just matinees. In fact, some matinees may not be available to purchase online. But right now, I don’t know of another way to get movie tickets to first-run movies at night, at a good theater.   • Did you know the Warren Old Town is only $5 on Wednesdays? Yes!!! And I love that! And they have other discounts for military and for employees of certain Wichita-area companies. Just arrive early, as I’ve heard it can get pretty packed on those nights.
