Free Pizza for Papa John’s Rewards Members

Free Papa John's Pizza Coin Toss promo for Rewards MembersPapa Johns is going to be busy for a while. The pizza restaurant’s latest promotion promised a free large pizza and Pepsi Max to all of its Rewards Members if, collectively, they correctly guessed the Super Bowl coin toss this year.

And they did. Customer votes were tallied and “heads” was the winner in the Papa John’s poll. The coin toss at Superbowl 2012 was also “heads.” That means free pizza.

If you were a Papa John’s Rewards Member as of 6 p.m. EST on Sunday, February 5, 2012 — whether you voted on the coin toss or not — you should be getting an email on Monday, February 6, with instructions on how to get your free pizza and Pepsi Max. Get more info at www.freepapajohns.com.

Thanks to MojoSavings for being the first in my Facebook stream to break this. :)

Entertainment Book 40% Off Groundhog Day Only

Save on all the things you love to do!

The 2012 Entertainment Book is on sale today, February 2, 2012, only for 40% off with free shipping. This brings the cost of the Wichita Entertainment Book down to only $21.

In addition to the paper coupons in the book itself, you’ll also find printable deals at the Entertainment Book website. There’s also a companion mobile app that will help you when you’re out and about by showing you nearby restaurants, attractions, and retail stores for which you have a coupon. (This works great if you keep your Entertainment Book in the car.)

2012 Wichita Entertainment Book: 40% Off with Free Shipping

The price of the book usually drops as the year goes on (although it was slightly cheaper – at $20.12 – around New Year’s Day this year). Most of the coupons don’t expire until November 2012. However, this would be nice to have on hand for spring break, since many of the coupons are great to use when you’re looking for something for the kids to do.

Wichita on the Cheap relies on commissions from affiliate links like these to bring you great deals each day. Thanks for using my links!

Free Onion Rings at Burger King Feb. 4 & 5

Free Burger King Onion Rings

According to Burger King’s Facebook page, you can go into a participating Burger King this weekend – Saturday and Sunday, February 4 and 5, 2012 – and pick up a free order of onion rings.

Of course, there are the omnipresent “While supplies last” and “Valid at participating locations only” stipulations. The promotion is also not valid during breakfast hours (onion rings for breakfast?). But it is good for one value-sized onion rings per person per visit, and it looks like you don’t even need a coupon for this one.
