It’s definitely time to clean out the closets (and the basement storage room, and the play room, and the garage…) and recoup some of the cost of feeding, clothing, entertaining, and transporting the kids. When the owners of the Kid’s Closet Connection Consignment Sale contacted me about advertising at Wichita on the Cheap, I decided I’m going to sign up to be a consignor. This will be my first sale.
The consignment sale gives you the opportunity to sell all your lightly used kids items such as clothes, toys, car seats, strollers, etc. Just register to be a consignor, pre-price your items using the online tagging system, and drop your items off at the sale March 6th or 7th. Kid’s Closet Connection will do the rest – including, if you want, donating any unsold items to Youthville. (You’ll get a receipt.)
On the sign up page, there is a place to enter where you heard about the sale. Select “Other” and write in “Wichita on the Cheap” to get 50% off the consignor fee.
The sale is being marketed to thousands of families to give you the best possible selling potential. No money is required to register; the consignor’s fee will be deducted from your proceeds at the end of the sale.
